I have been a Licensed Psychologist for more than 20 years and have many years of experience with individual, couples, and group counseling. I graduated from Ohio State University, Rutgers University, and the University of Tennessee. For the last several years I have worked specifically with chronic pain patients.
My vision is to instill hope into individuals whose life trajectory has been changed due to an injury or diagnosis that causes them chronic pain. My goal is to help people harness the incredible power of the mind to help individuals cope with the pain and improve their quality of life. The research has been clear: it can be done. It just takes open-mindedness and practice.
I am passionate about my work but I also enjoy traveling (a lot more before COVID-19), reading, movies, Netflix and chilling, socializing, and training my adorable Labradoodle, Olympus, who I am working with diligently to train as a therapy dog! ▶
